Terms of Fulfillment

At Gialli Marketing, we are committed to delivering high-quality services to our clients while maintaining transparency and clear communication. Below, we outline our fulfillment, refund, and cancellation policies to ensure mutual understanding and trust.

1. Description of Services

  • Gialli Marketing specializes in providing professional branding, marketing strategy, website design, and digital marketing services. These services include, but are not limited to:
    • Developing branding strategies tailored to your business goals.
    • Creating engaging marketing campaigns and materials.
    • Designing and optimizing websites to enhance user experience.
  • All deliverables are clearly defined in the signed agreement or project order.

2. Services Fulfillment

  • All services provided by Gialli Marketing are delivered based on the scope of work outlined in the signed agreement or project order.
  • Deliverables (e.g., strategy documents, marketing materials, or campaigns) are provided electronically, either through email or via agreed-upon platforms.
  • Completion timelines and milestones are clearly defined in the project order. Delays caused by incomplete or late client submissions may impact delivery times without penalty to Gialli Marketing.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not available for services already rendered or deliverables that have been provided.
  • For prepaid services, clients may request a refund for unused portions if the request is made at least 7 days prior to the start of the service or project phase. Refunds will be issued for the remaining balance after deducting administrative or processing fees (if applicable).
  • Deposits or retainers are non-refundable unless specifically outlined in the project agreement.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Clients may cancel services by providing written notice to hello@gialli.io. The following conditions apply:
    • Cancellations made at least 14 days before the project start date: Eligible for a full refund of prepaid amounts, minus any non-refundable deposits.
    • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the project start date: Non-refundable but may be applied as credit toward future services at Gialli Marketing’s discretion.
    • For ongoing services (e.g., monthly retainers): Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 30 days in advance of the next billing cycle.

5. Delivery Policy

  • All deliverables are sent electronically through secure file transfer or shared collaboration platforms.
  • For physical materials (if applicable), shipping times and costs will be agreed upon separately.
  • Gialli Marketing is not responsible for delays caused by third-party vendors or uncontrollable circumstances (e.g., natural disasters).

6. Payment and Currency

    • All prices and payments for services are listed and processed in United States Dollars (USD).
    • Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

7. Legal and Export Restrictions

  • Gialli Marketing services are available globally but may be subject to local regulations in your country of residence. Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws.

8. Changes to Services

  • Any changes to the scope of work after the project begins must be requested in writing.
  • Changes may result in additional fees and adjustments to delivery timelines.
